The Frosty Potion is a bottle of blue potion with a snowman cap on top. It was later snowballs, with the aforementioned snowman cap. Upon using it you would turn into a snowman, but you would become slower than usual, as snowmen have no legs, so your character has to hop slowly. You could get it from Chilly at the Winter Festival '10 and '11, or Paige at March of the Snowmen.
